From the Middletown Police Department
At approximately 4:42 pm the Middletown Police received a 911 call from a complainant stating that his neighbor was attacked.
The police investigation later revealed that a 19 year old victim residing 88 Woodward Ave was at home this afternoon. It is alleged that two unknown masked suspects entered the dwelling. The two suspects assaulted the victim and bound him after the assault. The suspects then left the dwelling. The victim managed to get to his neighbor’s house after which 911 was called.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported to Middlesex Hospital.
The investigation is on going, nothing further at this time.
