From the Police Department

Early this morning, Middletown Police Officers responded to Middlesex Hospital for an alleged, patient suicide that occurred in the Emergency Department. The Middletown Police Department’s Major Investigations Unit also responded and is currently investigating the incident. An autopsy is scheduled in the near future and pending results there is no further information available at this time.
